LeadMaster Reaches 15 Years in Business Milestone

Marketing automation systems help companies in saving time and cutting labor costs by automating various repetitive tasks. Thus, the demand for marketing automation systems is on the rise.

Recently, LeadMaster revealed that the company is celebrating its 15th year in business. The company offers CRM based solutions which consist of CRM, sales lead management, campaign management, marketing automation, lead scoring, e-mail marketing, virtual call center and website integration.


In 2012, the company entered into strategic partnerships. It signed on Tech Data as a worldwide reseller for LeadMaster solutions as well as joined hands with Personifeye to concentrate on the advertising agency market and with Home Star Broker Solutions. This partnership allowed the company to explore the real estate market further than ever before.

Marketing automation is an important part of the LeadMaster customer relationship management (CRM) solution as it powers tracking and ROI reporting for marketing campaigns, apart from automating marketing functions like drip marketing, e-mail marketing, surveys, newsletters and lead nurturing.

“It has been another exciting and productive year," said Russ King, LeadMaster CEO, in a statement. "We are consistently adding new customers thanks to innovative software enhancements including Lead-Xpress, Lead-Xtreme and Auto Lead Scoring. As you can see by the enhancements in 2012 we to continue to invest in creating new capabilities in the LeadMaster platform and 2013 will be no exception. We are also very excited about the new interface on the LeadMaster platform and have received positive feedback from our beta testers.”

About a year ago, the company revealed that its family of cloud computing solutions will be distributed via Tech Data’s global network of value added resellers (VARs). According to the agreement signed between the two companies, LeadMaster’s lead management, marketing automation and CRM solutions would now be available to users from Tech Data’s StreamOne solutions store and from more than 60,000 of Tech Data’s VARs.
