Cirrus Tech, Infratel Team to Offer MightyCall Receptionist to Small Business Customers

December 12, 2012

Cloud telephony provider, Infratel, recently inked a new partnership agreement with Cirrus Tech Ltd. to offer MightyCall Receptionist to small business subscribers in Canada and the U.S.

This new partnership enables Infratel to incorporate its MightyCall platform into the Web hosting provider's ordering and provisioning system Parallels Automation, to offer cost-effective virtual phone applications.

The new MightyCall enables service providers to add website click-to-call and small business virtual phone systems to their current portfolio of offerings. This platform can be a boon to small businesses to get a centralized toll-free or local business number complete with auto-attendant, multiple user extensions, call management features, Web-based voicemail and website ClickConnect, according to the company.

MighyCall includes out-of-the-box integration with Parallels Automation through an APS package for seamless subscription management and user billing processes. It also includes a Public API designed to integrate into any third-party billing and provisioning tools that a partner might have.

Thanks to the innovative service, MightyCall Receptionist packages will now be offered along with the existing Cirrus Web hosting and collaboration solutions, with the option to quickly add new MightyCall powered services to end users over time.

"As the cloud hosting industry continues to evolve, our goal is to offer a range of telephony applications to fit the growing needs of our partners and their small business customers. Being chosen by Cirrus Tech, a leader in the Canadian web hosting business, is validation for the MightyCall platform," said Bryan Goode, CEO at Infratel. "The integration of MightyCall with Parallels Automation allows Cirrus Tech to seamlessly add services to their core bundles with the flexibility to grow those offerings in the future as new MightyCall applications are introduced."

As per the new agreement, Cirrus Tech will initially offer the MightyCall Receptionist to small business subscribers in Canada and the U.S. through a single integration, increasing average revenue per user while reducing customer churn.

"Our mission is to provide the highest level of quality and reliability for our services, and as our technology partner, Infratel mirrors that commitment," said Ehsan Mirdamadi, CEO at Cirrus Tech. "Our Web hosting customers see us as a go to resource for service add-ons, and the need to setup a business number is undoubtedly one of the first things they need just after we've helped them build their Web presence."
