Jacada is providing integration and automation of sales process for a well-known telecom provider in Latin America. Jacada has teamed with a systems integrator that has a local presence in Latin America to deliver the enterprise customer service software to the telecom provider.
Once the solution is implemented, the telecom provider will be able to optimize the effectiveness of sales interactions and complete the transactions of customer's orders in a timely manner.
