Consulting-Portal's ITSM Products and Services Now Available under the Navvia Brand

Consulting-Portal has long been known for its flagship IT Service Management (ITSM) software, ITOptimizer. Built on real world ITSM consulting experience, ITOptimizer is claimed to make assessment, designing and governing of IT process easier and cost-effective for the companies.

With access to a variety of templates including ITIL, CobiT and ISO 2000, IPOtimizer, according to its maker, is capable of accelerating the clients' overall service management program. With an aim to reflect its continuous efforts at evolution and improvements, Consulting-Portal has rebranded this highly successful ITMS product as Navvia.

As a comprehensive ITSM solution, new Navvia will incorporate the company’s proven ITSM services along with ITOptimizer. This lightweight and easy to use solution has been designed to take the complexity out of IT and Business Process Management, according to its maker.

The company representatives said that Navvia remains a part of Consulting-Portal and as such the Current customers will continue to receive the same service and support delivered by the company.

Navvia incorporates 4 tools:

  • Survey – evaluate the health of existing processes and quickly identify improvement opportunities
  • Design – Build, improve, document and communicate processes visually and dynamically
  • Verify – Establish controls and confirm process compliance through the completion of governance tasks and the collection of evidence
  • Learn – Expand your know-how through a curriculum of free courses helping you take a "DIY" approach to process management

In May this year,   Consulting-Portal announced the version 2.2 of ITOptimizer. In its latest version, this SaaS (News - Alert)- based Business Process Management (BPM) software included four modules; the assessment module that assesses the maturity of ITSM processes; the process modeler that enables users to design and document both ITSM processes and Business processes; the governance module allows monitoring process compliance through the assignment of tasks and the collection of evidence; and the education module provides access to a curriculum of free ITSM courses. The software also comes loaded with ITIL and COBIT process templates.
