Interactive Intelligence Makes Major Upgrade to Its Interaction Dialer

Predictive dialing is a new technology that many corporations are using to make calls more efficiently. A predictive dialer will automatically take a list of telephone numbers it is given and will only connect an agent or representative to someone, when someone answers the phone. This allows for agents to minimize the time between calls and really help bring in more revenue by speaking to more people on a daily basis.

Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) Group, a major provider for unified IP business communications solutions and source for predictive dialers, announced that it is making major updates to its already popular program called, Interaction Dialer.

The latest updated, 4.0, was “designed to improve ease-of-use, simplify management, and help contact centers more effectively execute dialing campaigns,” the company said in an official statement. To emphasize the changes, Interactive Intelligence said it would enhance the multi-campaign dialing, increase the accuracy of answering machine detection, consolidate and streamline its interface, and consolidate data history making it easier to perform reports.

All of these updates will increase calling volume, save money by allowing companies to run smoother, and provide real-time data reports that can be analyzed to let companies learn how to improve their customer service.

“We’re seeing a steady increase in organizations deploying dialer technology, primarily to drive down costs through automation and gain a greater competitive edge with features like ‘just-in-time’ lead handling and capabilities for a more proactive customer care,” said founder and CEO of Interactive Intelligence, Dr. Donald Brown (News - Alert). “We designed Interaction Dialer 4.0 to give these organizations an even greater advantage by building in more cost-savings, while improving both ease-of-use and feature-sets that help reach the right people at the right time in the most efficient manner possible.”

The new upgrade is available for all Interactive intelligence Predictive dialer software users through the company’s website.
