Interactive Intelligence and TechnologyOne Deliver Communications Solution to Australia and New Zealand

July 09, 2012

Good news for businesses down under: Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. has partnered with TechnologyOne to deliver a combined unified IP business communications and customer relations management solution for public sector organizations in Australia and New Zealand.

Included in the integrated solution, which is currently under development, will be functionality from Interactive Intelligence's Customer Interaction Center, an all-in-one IP communications software suite, to provide interactive voice response, workforce management, multichannel routing and queuing, and many other features. It's designed to help streamline communications, enhancing the customer experience by embedding Interactive Intelligence features in the CRM application from TechnologyOne.

With this solution, the companies aim to streamline communications while enhancing the customer experience with Interactive Intelligence features. It provides contact center agents with a single interface for managing customer interactions and information, allowing for faster and more effective service.

As TechnologyOne’s customers include education departments and government councils on local, state, and federal levels, they can expect to benefit from Interactive Intelligence’s high quality communications software. Of course, Interactive Intelligence also has a large customer base in the area, including several public sector organizations. The UC market in the region grows annually at a rate of around 9 percent, making it an excellent location to deploy the joint solution.

“Our integrated solution will give contact centre agents a single interface to manage both customer interactions and information for faster, more effective service,” said Brendan Maree, Interactive Intelligence’s managing director for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

On the TechnologyOne side, Executive Chairman Adrian Di Marco said, “Our partnership with Interactive Intelligence will benefit public sector customers who want more business value delivered by fewer vendors.”
