Infor's CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor Supports Multichannel Campaigns with Common Messaging

April 25, 2012

Infor recently announced the release of the Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor (Epiphany) next-best-action engine. Designed as a part of the Infor10 CRM Enterprise (Epiphany) Suite, Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor allows marketers to predict customer behavior and preferences, based on the customer’s past responses and real-time activity.

"Consumers today are bombarded by an overwhelming amount of information, requiring corporate marketing departments to identify new ways to create more intelligent interactions with their customer base,” said MJ Crabbe-Barberis, product marketing director, CRM, Infor. “Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor provides the next-best-action engine that helps companies stay a step ahead of their competition by enabling them to make messaging decisions and arbitrate against competing offerings using multiple business and economic measures."

CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor is currently used by a number of global brands, such as Microsoft, Navy Federal Credit Union, Mohegan Sun and Tommy Bahama, in designing and implementing multichannel campaigns that feature a common messaging strategy, enhanced with relevant modifications to optimize the message on a particular channel.

A point-of-sale kiosk message, for example, can be improved  by combining both visuals and bulleted value propositions with customer attracting notifications, such as discounts and best value deals, read as "10 percent off your purchase today.” A mobile message with text-based restrictions, on the other hand, can deliver a shorter version of the same message – "10 percent off.”

Infor CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor has been enhanced with an advanced interface, designed on the Infor10 ION Workspace framework.

Tab-based improvements included within the CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor include the Explore Tab, which provides a better understanding of data and allows direct editing for sharing of rules between multiple offers; the Monitor Tab, which delivers campaign results with intuitive charts, active grids and filtering options further expanding the analytics functionality; and the Economics Tab, which allows enterprises to optimize their decision making arbitration for a number of business value measures simultaneously.

The tab also makes it easy for users to identify and set different economic attributes and make use of data to further enhance customer strategy.
