March 28, 2012

TMC has recognized Varolii with its fifth consecutive award for Customer Interaction Management Innovations.

Varolii was honored for serving healthcare organizations with their latest Varolii Enrollment solution, which helps healthcare workers to enroll and communicate with members, through managed text, voice, email and smartphones.

Andrea Austin, vice president of Healthcare Business at Varolii said, “We are honored to receive this award, but not satisfied. We are building out capabilities that add new guided inbound and smartphone applications to our Varolii Interact platform to further improve enrollments and member participation in these important patient care programs.”

In addition, the Varolii solution aids healthcare organizations to get access to patients and members to enroll them in disease management and wellness programs. Effective enrollment is a necessary ingredient for healthcare organizations to communicate with patients in an ongoing basis, according to Varolii officials.

“Timely patient and member communications play a significant role in increasing healthcare program enrollment and participation. Varolii healthcare interaction applications provide organizations a rapid and simplified path to communicate with more patients cost effectively to drive positive health outcomes,” added Austin.

TMC gave the 2011 Product of the Year Award to companies which have demonstrated a lasting commitment to customer relationship management strategies through the innovative development of superior products and offerings.

“Varolii was selected to receive a 2011 Product of the Year Award for its achievement in advancing CRM, contact center and call center technologies. The Varolii Enrollment solution has demonstrated excellence as well as provided ROI for the companies that use it,” said Rich Tehrani, TMC CEO.

Tehrani said that Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has been recognizing innovative companies for 14 years and Varolii has earned its place with this distinguished honor.

Varolii currently serves more than 1000 companies, including three of the top four disease management companies. Its healthcare applications generate more than 160 million proactive multi-channel interactions with more than 12 million patients each year.
