ConnectWise Joins Kaseya's Technology Alliance Program

ConnectWise, a provider of Web-based professional service automation (PSA) software for the IT industry, has joined the Kaseya’s Technology Alliance Program (TAP).

 
This new relationship is expected to foster increased communication and strengthen integration between Kaseya and ConnectWise.
 
ConnectWise and Kaseya also believe that their common customers will benefit from the development of compatibility software to ensure streamlined IT services and support.
 
“The new relationship provides ConnectWise with Kaseya’s network managing skills that are used to offer IT solution providers with complete observation into their clients' IT settings, according to the companies.
 
Kaseya is a provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organizations. Company’s TAP was launched in 2007 to create a working relationship among vendors that fosters development, support, sales and marketing initiatives.
 
The program aims to instill confidence in customers that their vendors are working together to ensure their satisfaction, according to Kaseya.
 
This program, company’s officials said, provides a comprehensive development environment, technical support and support for sales and marketing, including reciprocal communications with customers, joint case studies and more.
 
Officials explained that alliance members receive single point contact for support, reciprocal quarterly communication to customers, and their logo and link on the Kaseya Web site.
 
“Kaseya and ConnectWise have hundreds of partners in common, and those mutual partners have enjoyed the richest integration in the industry,” said Santo Cannone, chief operating officer at ConnectWise.  
 
He also stated his company‘s participation in the TAP will ensure that Kaseya and ConnectWise partners benefit from constant discussions about how “we can assure that they are able to take advantage of the power of both of our solutions.”
