Enterasys Networks Takes Home Multiple Stevie Awards

Enterasys Networks was honored at the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in several categories. The Gold Stevie Award for New Collaboration Solution was clinched by project isaac from Enterasys. A Silver Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year and a Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service have also been won by Enterasys.


The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service is one of the premier global sales, contact center and customer service awards, which has planned some of the finest business awards galas.

These include the esteemed American Business Awards and International Business Awards.

In a release, Michael Gallagher, President and Founder, Stevie Awards said, "We're delighted to kick off our celebration of the 10th year of the Stevie Awards movement with the 2012 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, which is the first program in which we conferred Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards. It's gratifying and inspiring to have received so many remarkable entries for this year's competition."

Network devices can now be managed through Twitter, SalesForce.com Chatter, and Facebook with the unique, patent-pending, isaac project. Customers can administer their network via well-known social media interfaces using this technology. Administrators can give commands to machines directly and also receive information in return, with isaac project. Customers will be more efficiently served by administrators with the simplified view of configuration information.

This year’s competition included over 1,000 entries from all-sized companies across all industries, representing a 30 percent rise as compared to 2011. The competition was judged by 93 global professionals, whose average scores were instrumental in declaring the winners.
