Avanti Way Opens Two Agent Hub Spots Featuring High-Tech Office Concepts

Avanti Way announced the opening of two Agent Hub Spots in Aventura and South Beach which are designed following revolutionary real estate office concepts which match their goals of innovation within the real estate technology field.

Avanti Way strives to serve the real estate industry with the official opening of its Agent Hub Spots which do not follow traditional real estate office concepts. The Agent Hubs feature smart door technology which allows Avanti Agents to gain 24/7 access by using their mobile phones and enhances how real estate agents use physical workspaces.


In a release, Andres Korda, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Avanti Way, said, “Realtors want to complement their virtual office and paperless culture with a place to use as a fast workspace, to go in and out: scan, meet clients, access a computer, get supplies, print a check, and serve as a touch and go HUB rather than go into a place for distractions… that’s the concept behind these revolutionary state-of-the-art, smart and stylish office locations that are just what agents require, on demand.”

Avanti Way’s proprietary back office support technology was leveraged to create such special spaces which do not require any on site staff members. The locations create a physical space that act as complements to their virtual technology.

Officials added that Avanti used AVEX, the patent-pending, completely virtual and paperless system that allows their agents to access everything from contracts, transactions, listings and leads from anywhere in the world. This enables the setting up of organizational and communication tools including an international Web phone.

The office equipment used in the two locations include desktop and laptop stations, flat screen TV, VOIP phones, printer/scanning machine integrated to the Avanti Way cloud, general office equipment, and the Check Express Way escrow and commission e-check disbursement Kiosks.

The South Beach location will allow agents to buy additional supplies over the phone. Staff will be able to open the supply drawer remotely and monitor it through a video surveillance system, added officials.
