Mobile Messenger Recognized with ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction for Outstanding Service

Mobile Messenger, provider of mobile solutions, announced that it has been recognized with the prestigious 2011 ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). The Call Center Award of Distinction is used to measure the skills of professional call center agents across the North America and the U.K. ATSI congratulated the staff of Mobile Messenger for their dedication and for providing quality service to their customers.


ATSI is the trade association for providers of call center services, offering Inbound Order Desk/Help Desk and Web Enabled customer assistance. Mobile Messenger was recognized with the award at this year's Annual Convention held at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, TX from June 14-18, 2011.

An independent panel of judges evaluated call-handling skills for "enhanced service" applications for six months. The focus of this evaluation was to gauge and observe customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, and the use of proper call techniques. The judges also took into account the response time between calls and accuracy, crucial within the Call Management Industry.

In a release, ATSI president Michael Fultz said that "The Award of Distinction is a top honor award. This 'secret caller' program is an intense program extending throughout the year with test calls being handled by call center agents to ensure they are offering the highest level of customer service. In order to receive the Award of Distinction, member companies operating as full call centers have to qualify for this prestigious award. By receiving the award, these member companies have set the highest standard for quality in the Call Center Services Industry."
