NovaTel to Resell Five9 Virtual Call Center in U.S., Philippines, India, and LAC

January 11, 2008

NovaTel and Five9 have entered a joint marketing agreement for NovaTel to resell the Five9 Virtual Call Center in the United States, the Philippines, India, and Latin America.

With Five9 Virtual Call Center products, companies can build a comprehensive, feature-rich call center — anywhere in the world. Five9’s hosted model offers cost savings and eliminates the need to purchase premises-based equipment. The company will enable NovaTel’s call center customers to quickly build and change the size of their contact centers, depending on business needs.

Michael V. Parker, COO of NovaTel said that hosted call center applications are a value added service that can create tremendous flexibility for their domestic and offshore call center customers. He added that with Five9, they will be able to offer customers additional advanced, on-demand call center solutions that require just a PC and broadband connection to deploy — a valuable service during this growth period of the call center market space.

Brian Silverman, president and CEO of Five9, said NovaTel brings an extensive reach into the Philippines, India, Latin America, and the U.S. that will greatly benefit customers worldwide by enabling them to offer the lowest rates and highest quality available for long distance. Both companies strive to provide call centers with the most efficient and cost-effective services possible. He added that this similar high quality, low cost business model makes NovaTel an ideal partner to support their on-demand call center technologies.
