Productive Computing Launches Core3 CRM for FileMaker Pro

February 11, 2011

Productive Computing, Inc., a provider of software and computer support services such as custom FileMaker Pro database development, consulting, IT support and hosting services; and a number of software solutions including Core2 CRM, Core2 Invoices, OrgPlanner and IT Asset Manager, launched Core3 CRM for FileMaker Pro.

The new cross platform customer relationship management (CRM) tool comprised of a suite of integrated modules enables organizations to effectively manage business and estimate successful projects.

Being a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance, the company develops a suite of FileMaker Pro plug-ins that enable the users to integrate FileMaker Pro with a number of third party applications, such as Outlook, QuickBooks, Entourage, the Apple Address Book and iCal. It was recently honored with the exclusive FileMaker Business Alliance Partner of the Year award.

The new Core3 CRM has been built using the FileMaker Pro database engine, and can also be personalized. It features various helpful modules such as dashboard, contacts, opportunities, estimates, orders, invoices, items, projects, group/individual calendars, activities, timers and documents; which keep individuals and enterprise aware of actual and potential sales and the projects in production at present as well.

Productive Computing has preprogrammed Core3 to allow the exchange of data with a number of third part applications, including Outlook and QuickBooks. The solution also offers comprehensive support for FileMaker Go on the iPad. The site license of Core3 is compatible with FileMaker Pro 11 or later, and is available at a price of $2,500.

During February 2010, the company announced the release of OrgPlanner, a new software solution for business owners and managers that allows small businesses to define and document their company's strategic objective and organizational strategy in an easy to use software application. The solution is equipped with various intuitive features such as “Goal Tracking.” It allows the organizations to create business, professional and personal goals; specify whether they are short or long-term goals and break each goal into manageable tasks.
