LiveOps Completes Datasquirt Acquisition


SANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Cloud contact center provider LiveOps (News - Alert), Inc. announced today that it has successfully acquired all of the assets of New Zealand-based Datasquirt Limited (ASX: DSQ). The company first announced the intent to acquire Datasquirt (News - Alert) in November. Shareholder approvals and customary closing conditions have now been completed.

LiveOps also announced today the appointments of Aaron Ridgway and Kieron Lawson as SVP of International Sales and Chief Architect respectively. Ridgway was the Managing Director/CEO and Founder of Datasquirt. As Datasquirt's Chief Technology Officer, Lawson has been responsible for the architecture and framework of Datasquirt's award-winning multichannel and social offering, CONTACT™.
