Release of World's First Online Mobster Style Game that Allows Players to Fight for Cash

Houston, TX, Apr 03, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Internet Mobster, Inc. or "iMob" was launched on March 30, 2009. Founder and CEO of Internet Mobster (iMob), Sean Krueger came up with the idea of having an online interactive game that allows players to actually "fight for cash" due to his obsession of playing various popular mobster style games on Myspace and Facebook. "I could not believe so many people were getting upset when a player would loose $10,000 virtual money in a fight. The interactive boards would light up with people posting both angry and excited comments boosting about their lasted kill or defeat. I too was one of the masses that could not wait to earn the next weapon and try it out on my rival online players. I found myself, a 35 year old successful hotel executive checking my online games on a daily basis and like others, celebrating with posting a in your face bulletin when I defeated a player and took some of their money. One day I literally said out loud, why am I so excited? I did not win or make real money. Within seconds I shouted 'But what if I did?" Sean Krueger said.

Sean Krueger is no stranger to operating and launching dotcoms. Krueger started his dotcom career with launching KeyHotelDeals (online hotel booking engine) and later launched and sold Veoda (Meta Search search engine with social site features). "In the hospitality industry we are trained to take care of the guests, employees, and make a profit. I simply applied my skills in the offline world toward the masses that roamed the online world". Sean Krueger said.

Armed with his idea of having the world's first online Mobster Style game that allows players to Fight for Cash, Sean approached his friend Jammie Hawkins (an accomplished graphic designer) with his idea. Jammie Hawkins loved the game theory and later introduced Sean to Steve Edwards (an accomplished website developer and fellow gamer). As luck would have it, both Jammie and Steve always wanted to create a game that would actually provide a value toward spending countless hours of playing an online game. During a conference call it was agreed that all three people would unite to form Internet Mobster or (iMob). "It was the perfect fit, my skills are geared toward marketing and operating corporations, Jammie Hawkins' skills are geared toward intense graphic designs, and Steve Edwards' skills are geared toward intense programming. Like with any dotcom, a company must design, create, and then market a service or product. I quickly realized our talents encompassed all three," Sean Krueger said.

In November of 2008 the design and creation of Internet Mobster began. On February 10th of 2009 Internet Mobster was legally formed as a Texas C-Corp. Sean Krueger, Jammie Hawkins, and Steve Edwards are equal partners and operate Internet Mobster toward their various industry strengths.

Internet Mobster is an online interactive game that allows players to earn XP points and credits by completing missions and investing in virtual real estate. Players use the earned XP points and credits to purchase weapons, increase energy, stamina and heal themselves after a battle. The unique feature that separates Internet Mobster from any other online game is the ability to fight rival players and the winner takes a portion of the losers real money (i.e. .10, .05, etc.). The outcome of the game relies solely on talent by a combination of weapons, defense, health points, stamina, and total skill set of members that are joined to a player's mob.
