Dipan Mann to Head LogicMonitor's New Global Center of Excellence as VP Customer Experience

Mann brings deep expertise as a cloud executive, strategist, author and technology leader to LogicMonitor, as the company looks to establish a global, customer center of excellence based in Austin, Texas.

Mann is a strategic leader with extensive experience ensuring the entire customer engagement process, from kick-off through deployment and into production, is flawless and seamless. Implementing architecture and design methodologies that truly delight customers is key to building the LogicMonitor Center of Excellence and is a pillar of Mann's background.

Prior to joining LogicMonitor, Mann was CEO of CloudSkope, a consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity and compliance strategy where he built a successful portfolio of clients in North America and previously held senior technical leadership roles at Kodiak, LiveVox (News - Alert), KANA, Sequoia and in the public sector. Mann has also contributed to several patents and industry publications.
