Aspect Software acquires Voxeo

Jul 31, 2013 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Aspect Software, Inc., a provider of customer interaction management, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions, has acquired Voxeo Corporation, a provider of interactive voice response (IVR) and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) platforms and services, for approximately $150 million. Both the companies are based in the US.
