AMC Technology Commences Customer Go Live with Sixbell Nekotec Solutions

Feb 28, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- AMC Technology, a provider of multi-channel contact center integration software, announced, with partner Sixbell Nekotec Solutions, the go live of Sixbell's Mexico-based client, BICE Vida, with an integrated contact center solution based on Oracle CRM On Demand.

Sixbell Nekotec Solutions, a provider of technology development for the communications industry in Latin America, selected AMC's Multi-Channel Integration Servicer (MCIS) to integrate Oracle CRM on Demand and Avaya's Nortel Contact Center 7. Sixbell chose AMC because of AMC's expertise in integrating CRM applications to contact center communication infrastructure and for their partnerships with the vendors involved.

Sixbell's contact center integration project proved to be an interesting challenge, as Oracle CRM on Demand does not currently publish an Application Programming Interface for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). Despite this challenge, AMC was able to deliver a thin client solution that leveraged AMC's flagship product, the Multi-Channel Integration Server. AMC provided the customer, BICE Vida, with CTI enabled features including call control, agent session management, customer screen pop based on the inbound call Automatic Number Identification (ANI), call transfer, conferencing with customer context, click to dial, and not ready with reason codes. The integrated functionality was delivered as part of AMC's standard product and BICE Vida is now live in production.

"We are very pleased with the tightly integrated product solution AMC Technology delivered," said Rodrigo Castro, Project Manager at Sixbell. "AMC's knowledge and expertise in contact center integration, and their ability to build a product versus a custom solution, strongly contributed to our project's success." "AMC is happy to partner with Sixbell to deliver fully integrated contact center solutions," said Anthony Uliano, Founder/CTO of AMC Technology. "We continue seeing growth for on demand and cloud-based applications, and AMC is expanding our product portfolio that integrate with on demand solutions." AMC is one of the few companies that can provide such flexibility in contact center integration. Customers can leverage their investment in existing premise-based infrastructure, migrate to hosted or cloud-based applications or deploy hybrid solutions based on their business needs rather than technical limitations.

Sixbell Nekotec Solutions is a Latin America company that integrates voice and data. Sixbell offers a range of solutions, products, and services tailored to the global market, ranging from operators of fixed communications, mobile and long distance, to organizations and companies who need to improve their communications.
