Citizens Financial Group Announces Pricing of $500 Million of Senior Notes


Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG) today announced the pricing of an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.850% senior unsecured notes due July 27, 2026 at an issue price of 99.798%.

CFG intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on July 25, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.

Barclays Capital Inc., Citizens Capital Markets, Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC are acting as underwriters for the offering.
