iJento Launches Customer Intelligence Solutions

Jul 12, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- iJento, a provider of customer intelligence, announced that it now offers turnkey customer intelligence solutions via a new technology integration with Tealium, a provider of enterprise tag management.

According to a release, the integration gives organizations the ability to roll-out customer intelligence solutions within a matter of hours utilizing a single line of JavaScript code. Once installed, joint clients can manage their choice of analytics and digital marketing vendor tags through a web-based console.

iJento's customer intelligence platform, which has a SQL Server-based datamart at its core, is unique in offering clients both individual level data and a 'single view of the customer' across multiple domains, devices and channels, the Company said. The iJento Datamart is tag agnostic and can integrate online analytics such as Adobe SiteCatalyst and Webtrends; other digital data including mobile, email and social media; as well as offline data sources such as contact center and loyalty schemes.
