Clickatell SMS Campaigns Allow Companies to Reach Customers

While the costs of advertising are skyrocketing in spite of a not so robust economy, many companies are searching for smart alternatives for traditional means of advertising. Clickatell quotes a report from CTIA, which states that 4.1 billion texts are sent daily. The research also states that text messages are read within four minutes, compared to 48 hours for email. All these factors show that text messaging can be a very reasonable and affordable way of communicating with the potential customers. Also, text messages are not intrusive like a phone call.
