Avtex Achieves Interactive Intelligence Platinum Elite Partner Status for 2015

February 18, 2015

As the level of complexity in IT services continues to increase, organizations have to find the right providers to ensure their offerings get the job done. With so many options, sifting through the correct candidate can be a job in itself. Channel partner programs formed between different companies simplify the process by designating their best service providers with honors that merits their efforts. Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of software and services for collaboration, communications and customer engagement, has granted its Platinum Elite Partner status to Avtex, provider of professional services and strategic consulting.

This designation will give organizations a degree of certainty that the service Avtex provides has been vetted and meets the high standards of Interactive Intelligence.

When a company has been granted the Elite Partner Program status, it can provide full-scale services and support for one or more Interactive Intelligence products. This is achieved after acquiring technical and support certification as well as the requisite sales. Avtex has met the requirements to provide sales, deployment and support of the entire line of Interactive Intelligence cloud and on-premises solutions for contact center, unified communications and business process automation.

The status is given each year to resellers that meet the company’s product certification, software sales and renewals, and customer satisfaction requirements. Platinum Elite Partners are required to average 80 percent or higher in customer satisfaction surveys as well as maintain all product certifications. In addition to maintaining these requirements, they also have to rank among the top 10 percent in the Interactive Intelligence partner “health check” report, a support rating system.

“Our Platinum Elite Partner program is the highest standard we offer and demonstrates a reseller’s commitment to achieving maximum return on investment for its customers through superior product knowledge and a focus on long-term customer satisfaction,” said Paul Weber, chief business officer for Interactive Intelligence.

Avtex specializes in providing its clients with the resources to increase their interaction with their customers, employees, partners and prospects with communication and collaboration technologies. With so many solutions available in the marketplace, integrating these resources for a seamless experience can be expensive, labor-intensive and very complicated. Avtex simplifies the process by bringing the right resources together so organizations can focus on their core competencies.

The company’s capabilities in portal, collaboration, contact center, CRM, custom application, infrastructure, unified communications and creative design solutions is used by more than 1,200 customers across the United States and in six countries around the world. In addition to being a Platinum Elite Partner with Interactive Intelligence, it is also a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner.

“Our valued partnership with Interactive Intelligence is a strategic component in our overarching customer experience go to market strategy, and we look forward to continued growth with them,” said Laurie Legus, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Avtex.
