Motiv8 Solutions Advances Business Operations into Contact Center Industry in Poland and Czech Republic

Motiv8 Solutions, a provider of inbound and outbound sales and contact management solutions, announced that it has advanced into the rapidly expanding contact center market in Poland and the Czech Republic with the successful expansion of its business operations within these territories.


In a release, Chairman Steve Clucas, said, “The language skills, high levels of education and hard work ethic that prevails in these countries makes Poland, and Czech Republic an obvious choice for us.”

The Motiv8 solutions portfolio was extensively tested by Humanwork at their sister company Universal Agent in Krakow Poland. So far, the company is extremely happy with the outcome of the tests.

Seweryn Drozdz, a partner at Universal Agent & Humanwork, said, “We implemented Motiv8 in Krakow contact centre so that we could fully understand how it worked and the benefits it delivered before we attempted marketing it to other contact centres. We saw immediate results. The employees love the offering, and as employers we gained instant benefit. Most significantly, since implementing Motiv8 we have entirely eradicated new starter attrition which historically ran at 25-30 percent.”

In a recent Contact Babel survey it was found that employee motivation had a 100 percent impact over the top three problems typical to contact center management in 2012.

Steve Clucas, said, "It doesn't matter where geographically your centre is located; every decent contact centre manager knows that the key to success is maintaining employee motivation. Knowing it and being able to do something about it are two different things and Motiv8 are experts in this industry and developed a range of tools to foster significantly enhanced levels of employee motivation."

At present, the company is in the process of translating its portfolio of solutions into Polish and Czech languages for ease in use and wider adoption before the launch of its tools in Poland in Q1, 2012. Motive8 Solutions is also working on expanding its business operations into other European countries, as well as across South Africa and the USA.
