eGain Expands Their Channel to Poland With CUBE

eGain Communications, a provider of customer service and contact center software, has expanded its channel to Poland and added CUBE.

The relationship is expected to strengthen regional market penetration by eGain and enable companies in Poland to purchase contact center customer service solutions from a single, local vendor.

CUBE, set up in December 2006, a part of AKJ Group S.A., specializes in the areas such as IT and business consulting, expert services, requirements analysis, application integration, technical consultancy, development and deployment of solutions supporting operational processes in the telecommunications companies, maintaining IT systems, full-time training and e-learning.

CUBE has a strong focus on delivering rapid ROI to their customers through high value solutions. The company currently operates solely in Poland, but it has future plans to expand into the Ukrainian and Romanian markets.
