Industry Veteran Turaj Seyrafiaan Joins TRG Team

The Taylor Reach Group"TRG," a company founded back in 2003 by Colin Taylor currently has three offices in North America and one in Australia offering call center consulting and customer service consulting.

Recently, the company announced it hired a prominent industry veteran, Turaj Seyrafiaan, to help the company further pursue of its goals.

In the span of his career, Turaj has earned a name for offering distinguished services in the fields of call center consultations.

Turaj, who began his career with Bell Canada in 1989, maintained an excellent careergraph throughout. He progressed through a number of project management, benchmarking and consulting roles. In 1997 he established The Pearl Advisory Group and over the next thirteen years built a successful call center consulting practice.
