Microsoft in Three-Way Partnership for Real Estate Giant

A new partnership between Microsoft and its Certified Gold Partners ExactTarget and Neudesic is credited by one of the nation's largest privately held commercial real estate developers with creating a more effective market despite the down economy.


Commercial real estate developer Majestic Realty is using products from the three companies to aggregate its multiple sources of customer data, and integrate them into ExactTarget's platform for e-mail marketing.

“This will deliver faster, more comprehensive exposure of our properties to the brokers and the companies they represent who are most likely to lease them,” said Jon Grunzweig, vice president and chief information officer of Majestic Realty.

Majestic chose the Microsoft-led team for the project, Majestic officials say, to get Neudesic's expertise in deploying Microsoft products and ExactTarget's off-the-shelf integration with Microsoft CRM. Now an e-mail marketing send that used to take the company up to 40 hours and include creating custom HTML code can be done in less than a day, they say, using customized templates to format e-mails without having to rely on an outside department for technical support.

Last summer TMC reported that Neudesic announced the release of its NeuGuest product. As you might guess from the name, it's for the hospitality industry: NeuGuest provides users with "the ability to gather, analyze, and act upon information in real time, allowing organizations to quickly anticipate and respond to their guests' requests and needs," company officials say.

The news of the techno-triad comes less than a month after Microsoft announced that the ExactTarget for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution earned Certified for Microsoft Dynamics accreditation, its highest standard for partner-developed software.

Neudesic is a Microsoft National Systems Integrator and Gold Certified Partner established in 2001 and headquartered in Irvine, California with a global presence based out of Hyderabad, India.
