Bookmycab Offering Better Contact Center Ride

December 29, 2017 is India’s ultimate taxi reservation marketplace, government verified and available for download on both Apple and Android. The company announced it teamed up with VoIP solutions provider, Elisiontec’s call center software subsidiary, Dialshree for company enhancement.

“Bookmycab is an Ahmedabad-based cab service provider and offers rental cabs to passengers. It books more than 1000 taxies in a day and our contact center solution is in use by them. Our contact center software has made can booking completely IVR-based, so it is an automated process now. Furthermore, our provisioned contact center solution connects its more than 150 office extensions by providing holistic communication and customer care environment to Bookmycab,” shared an Elisiontec spokesperson.

Dialshree has offered complete installation, setup, and configuration to provide a total contact center solution for Bookmycab. Features included in the package are predictive dialer, live call view and reports, graphical interface reporting, call whispering/barge-in, IP Phone extension setup for over 150 office extensions, pre-recorded ads for queued callers, IVR-based broadcasting, and more.

Bookmycab has access to taxi booking via IVRS, customer support service with voice calls by agents, up-selling/cross-selling through ads over music while on hold, driver reminders for upcoming rides, and taking fare registration with IVRS from drivers. Dialshree and Elisiontec handle all of the contact center and IVR issues, necessary to a large transportation company and clientele.
