Contact Center Solutions Week in Review: NICE inContact, SAP Hybris, and More

Frost & Sullivan announced Aspect Software is the recipient of the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Outbound Systems Market Share Leadership Award for the sixth consecutive year.  Jagannath Narendran, Senior Vice President Asia Pacific & Middle East of Aspect Software noted, "2016 was a landmark year in our transformation. It exemplifies the unstinting support and confidence of our customer and partners.”

NICE announced the newest member of the NICE inContact DEVone development program this week, as the DaaS company Dizzion joins the CXexchange. With the addition of Dizzion, users gain access to not just virtual desktops, but other cloud solutions as well, like application streaming and cloud storage. “Dizzion is excited for this partnership with NICE and inContact and being part of CXexchange,” said Steve Prather, CEO of Dizzion.

Finally, companies utilizing cloud-based SAP Hybris solution for sales and service are seeing ROI within three years time, according to Forrester Consulting. “Forrester designed a composite organization based on characteristics of the interviewed organizations,” the research firm explained. The research included the Total Economic Impact of SAP Hybris Sales Cloud and the Total Economic Impact of SAP Hybris Service Cloud reports.
