Aspect Adds Cloud Vet to Cloud Operations Team

One could claim that cloud computing is coming up on almost 60 years of use. The term was officially coined in 2006 by then Google CEO Eric Schmidt, since that time this fad turned phenomenon is racing to the fore of enterprise focus. From communications and the contact center, to the c-suite and the data center cloud computing is poised to power business for another 60 years, and then some.

This week, Aspect Software announced a new member to its management team, as Tom Davies is the new Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations. Bringing more than 20 years of global cloud solution experience to the table, Davies is ready to dig in and ensure Aspect’s cloud solution is effective, reliable resilient in delivering exceptional customer service. 

Davies most recent position was with Citrix as Senior Director, CTO office where he got his hands dirty in product development and assisting with go-to-market strategies. Previously, Davies served as the Chief Architect for the Dell Services Cloud Center of Excellence.
