A technology, media, and telecom news outlet based in Staffordshire, England, has named NewVoiceMedia the most advanced call center solutions provider in the TMT News 2017 Technology Awards. This is the second year of existence for this awards program.

NewVoiceMedia sells the ContactWorld multitenant global cloud contact center and inside sales platform. The company explains that this solution delivers personalized service to every inquiry, providing more satisfaction, better engagement, and a faster resolution for customers.

The company has more than 650 customers. That includes the Canadian Cancer Society, JustGiving, Lumesse, and MobileIron.

Last month, NewVoiceMedia appointed Dennis Fois as its new president and chief operating officer to strengthen its presence in the U.S. He is based out of San Francisco. Fois has more than 25 years experience in international leadership strategy, sales, marketing, and business development. He’s previously served as CEO of customer engagement software provider Rant & Rave, and as vice president of EMEA at E-Gain.

“NewVoiceMedia is globally recognized as a leading provider of cloud contact center and inside sales technology that integrates with the Salesforce Platform, enabling businesses to deliver a personalized customer service experience and drive a more effective sales team,” Fois said upon being named CEO.

The company has won numerous awards, including being named by Forbes as one of the world’s top private cloud companies. It appears in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100. Its ContactWorld solution was a finalist for the best customer service product in the 2017 SaaS Awards Program’s SaaS Product for Customer Services/CRM category. It won two of Corporate Vision’s 2017 Technology Innovator Awards. NewVoiceMedia was presented with the 2017 Best in Biz Award for Enterprise Product of the Year. And it was the winner of TMC’s 2017 Communications Solutions Products of the Year Award.
