The week started out with Enghouse Interactive announcing that VoIP provider, HelloSpoke was going to unveil a new cloud contact center service based on the Enghouse Interactive Contact Center: Service Provider platform. This is to be the Indian firm’s first venture into the cloud contact center space, as it was always VoIP-focused. This expansion will be huge as the cloud has taken over.
