NewVoiceMedia Names New President & COO

Each interaction in the contact center matters. Whether it’s answering a quick question or de-escalating an angry customer, providing exceptional service at every turn is an easy way to differentiate from the competition – especially in today’s omni-channel world. Much of this mindset starts at the top, and this week NewVoiceMedia announced a new member to its leadership team, poised to aid in future success for the provider of contact center solutions.

This week, NewVoiceMedia named Dennis Fois President and Chief Operating Officer. With Fois joining the team, he brings with him over 25 years of experience, which he will leverage in his duties of marketing, product marketing and customer success functions.

Tasked with a primary role in aiding NewVoiceMedia’s North American expansion, Fois will aim to add value to the NewVoiceMedia brand by focusing on category leadership. Not for nothing, the time could not have been better, as NewVoiceMedia was recently named to the Forbes 2017 Cloud 100, which offers a nice influx of momentum for the contact center solutions provider.

With the addition of Fois, NewVoiceMedia adds an experienced executive with a proven track record ready to take the baton and run with it. Only time will tell how well Fois does, but the timing is quite fortuitous.
