Customer Direct Creates 60 Jobs

The newly hired agents will cater to the needs of the customers and answer their queries relating to reservations, customer care, multi-tier technical, and back-office operations support to leading companies throughout the U.S. and the world. Industries served include Hospitality, Publishing, and Internet Retailing.
