SDL Customer Experience Cloud Offers Unified Suite of Management Solutions

January 29, 2014

SDL debuts new SDL customer experience cloud solution which is a unified suite of offerings that will enable marketers to provide global customer experiences seamlessly via various channels in different devices and languages.

Although businesses are desirous to deliver consistent, integrated experiences that engage customers across all interactions, only a small percentage of them get a real-time, well-integrated view of customer interactions across their enterprises, according to a CMO Council study.

The SDL customer experience cloud has been designed to optimize the operations of the entire organization encompassing marketing up to customer support. The solution will also allow the easy understanding, creation, management and provision of contextually relevant customer experiences to arrive at the best marketing decisions.

According to officials the SDL customer experience cloud will augment E-commerce success and long-term customer engagement as it integrates Web content management, campaign management, social intelligence and analytics, E-commerce, language solutions and documentation.

It will help optimize multi-channel customer experiences from any device and help design campaign strategies in accordance with brand health and product perception in real time. SDL hopes to serve its 1,500 global enterprise customers and 400 partners with its truly integrated, comprehensive customer experience management offering, said officials.

The SDL customer experience cloud features an intuitive user interface, SaaS delivery model for all SDL products, an integrated CXM Suite and the SDL Social feature which is a social intelligence solution enabling real-time analysis of social data.

The SDL Language Cloud will serve as a cloud translation solution offering both machine and human translation while the SDL Web content management; SDL marketing campaign; SDL E-commerce; SDL analytics and SDL documentation features will further enhance the cloud offering being available together in an easily accessible suite.

In related news SDL picked PAN Communications, a public relations and digital media agency for the technology, consumer and healthcare industries recently as its global agency partner.
