CATS Applicant Tracking System Now Integrated with 3CLogic's Contact Center Solutions

CATS Software delivers CATS Applicant Tracking System offering all the services a company needs while hiring an employee. The company has just announced integration with 3CLogic's contact center software.  

3CLogic provides cloud-based contact center solutions hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) allowing companies to have more accurate and timely information about their prospect or customer.  

The cloud-based contact center solutions support both inbound and outbound campaigns and integrate with existing customer relationship management (CRM) software providing a 360 degree view of all customer interaction across multiple channels including voice, chat and social media.

3CLogic has announced more such integrations this year. Earlier this year, the company expanded its partnership with LeadMaster CRM, a provider of sales and lead management solution to the U.K.

Recently the company also announced integration with Infusionsoft, an all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses.    

Thanks to 3CLogic, contact centers can more efficiently respond to communications, ensure customer satisfaction with better service, and drive toward a larger lifetime value of each account, customer, or client.

The partnership will benefit CATS users as they can schedule automated dialing campaigns and quickly display candidate records when candidates call the recruiter. It provides comprehensive computer telephony capabilities for the CATS system.  

As a result recruiters can have a 360 degree view of all the interactions with a particular candidate. They also get the ability to build a virtual recruitment center in any location. This will prevent the unnecessary spending on recruitment.
