Interactive Intelligence Among Fastest Growing Software Companies

business communications solutions, has been named by CIOZone among the 60 fastest growing software companies in the United States.
The company was placed seventh among CIOZone’s 20 fastest growing small software companies. These companies were classified as those that started 2007 with no less than $50 million in sales and no more than $149.9 million. The CIOZone ranking is based on 2007 revenues and profits of publicly held U.S. software companies.
Interactive Intelligence showed 2007 revenue as $109.9 million. This number was an increase of 32 percent from $83 million in 2006. The company has reported strong and consecutive quarterly profitability since 2004.

," said Interactive Intelligence CEO, Dr. Donald E. Brown, in a Friday statement.

The all-in-one IP communications software suite was first introduced by Interactive Intelligence in 1997. The suite offered the standards-based, single-platform architecture that was designed to eliminate the cost and complexity that was typically introduced by multi-point products.
Interactive Intelligence’s product line includes multi-channel routing, outbound predictive dialing, IP PBX

functionality, call and screen recording, workforce management, unified messaging and more.
The company today provides its more than 3,000 global customers with a comprehensive solution-set comprised of premise-based and hosted offerings, including software, hardware, consulting, support, education ad implementation services.
CIOZone is an online business technology information source designed to facilitate CIO networking and collaboration with peers, on-demand.
