AltiGen MaxACD Passes Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program

Microsoft Lync has decided to use AltiGen’s MaxACD Contact Center to manage its clients through a variety of mediums such as telephone, fax, letter, e-mail and online Web chat.


According to a press release, AltiGen’s MaxACD Contact Center has passed Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program requirements. AltiGen Communications, a provider of Microsoft VoIP business phone systems and unified communications solutions, offers many products designed for ease of use to work with Microsoft infrastructure technologies, and are built on a scalable, open standards platform.

In order to offer support to highly skilled operational and management staff of  companies, AltiGen's MaxACD Contact Center for Lync helps provide a simple to deploy, simple to use, and simple to manage feature-rich call center for Lync. It is equipped with features such as skills-based routing, multi-level auto attendant, a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, call recording and monitoring, and reporting. These features are strongly integrated to provide a compelling communications solution either on premise or delivered through the cloud.
