Microsoft Gold Partner Status for AMC Technology

March 13, 2008

AMC Technology announced it has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program with a competency in ISV/Software Solutions. As a Gold Certified Partner, AMC has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners receive such benefits as access, training and support advantages.

The AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM with telephony, IVR, CTI, and contact center systems, from vendors such as Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others.

"AMC Technology is dedicated to the Microsoft platform and will continue to build products that work with it," said Anthony Uliano, President and CTO for AMC Technology.

The ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the proficiency partners bring to a particular product set. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners that have obtained this competency develop and market packed software based on Microsoft technologies.

The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in October 2003 and offers a single, integrated partnering framework.

About a month ago delivery service TNT Post announced that it had selected a software subscription from AMC Technology to integrate tCRM and contact centers at multiple locations.

TNT Post chose the AMC Multi-Channel Integration Suite to integrate SAP CRM with a contact center provided by Nortel, enabling multi-site integration of SAP CRM 4.0 and Nortel Contact Center 6.0.

AMC's subscription for MCIS software gives TNT Post integration between SAP CRM and the Nortel Contact Center. This helps collect interaction details in SAP and provide screen pops to agents for incoming calls.

"We are proud to be selected for this business critical integration for TNT Post," stated Anthony Uliano at the time. "We are also pleased with the market interest in our recently introduced subscription based licensing option."
