Tektronix Selects WebTrends to Optimize Customer Experiences

In a bid to further improve their customer experiences, Tektronix, a provider of test, measurement and monitoring instrumentation, has chosen  Web analytics and online marketing solutions provider WebTrends to provide real-time actionable insight into their online marketing and brand awareness campaigns.

With WebTrends Analytics, Tektronix has a better view of their customers and through data provided by WebTrends, is empowered to create Web site features that will deliver a more engaging customer experience and that will help Tektronix to better communicate and engage with their customers online.
"We selected WebTrends as our online marketing partner because of their compelling enterprise software solution with real time insight and the flexibility to match our online marketing initiatives with our business process," said Martyn Etherington, Vice President, Tektronix.
WebTrends Analytics helps by capturing critical customer data in real-time and is offered as either an on-demand solution or as an enterprise software solution to customers. Also, to better build and create customer experiences, the company offers WebTrends Marketing Warehouse for "true visitor intelligence through its powerful, open relational database that customers can use to store critical marketing data and build a 360 degree view of their visitors and deliver a more customer-centric online experience."

Tektronix also announced today that they were selected by TelstraClear, a voice and data company, to provide their DirectQuality solution to test and monitor the quality of their IP-based services.
The testing provided by the DirectQuality offering will help TelestraClear to better understand the quality their small, medium and large enterprise subscribers' are experiencing.
