Interactive Intelligence Signs Reseller Agreement with Saudi Arabia's Malaz Technology

Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of unified business communications solutions for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation reportedly signed a reseller agreement with Malaz Technology. The agreement will allow the company to enter Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing unified communications and IP telephony markets.

The Saudi Arabia based Malaz Technology is a provider of converged information and communications technology solutions. In a press release, Interactive Intelligence said that under the agreement Malaz Technology is going to offer the unified IP business communications solutions from Interactive Intelligence to its contact center and enterprise customers in the Kingdom. According to the agreement, Malaz Technology is also going to provide consulting, implementation, support, and custom development for the Interactive Intelligence solutions.

A leading systems integrator, Malaz Technology has been at the forefront of implementing UC technologies within government and private sector enterprises. The company’s workforce comprises highly skilled telecommunication engineers who have proved their mantle in delivering sizeable projects. The agreement with Malaz will allow Interactive Intelligence to leverage Malaz Technology’s knowledge of the local market, technical expertise and strong customer base for penetrating into the Saudi market.

Interactive Intelligence offers an open, single-platform, all-in-one IP communications software suite designed to deliver comprehensive multichannel applications. By eliminating the needs for maintaining multiple applications, the Interactive Intelligence solutions reduces the cost and complexity of maintaining IT infrastructure. The company offers its solution both through SaaS and hosted model.
