Teleperformance India Voted One of 'India's Best 100 Companies to Work for' by Research and Consultancy Firm

According to a recently concluded 2011 study by Great Place to Work Institute, Teleperformance India, the world's leading provider of outsourced CRM and contact center services is one of the “India's Best 100 Companies to Work For”. Teleperformance India employs over 6, 000 people in 4 contact centers across the sub-continent.

The US based Great Place to Work Institute is a research and management consultancy firm having International Affiliate offices throughout the world. The firm has awarded the rank to Teleperformance India in collaboration with The Economic Times.

“We are in the people business.   Our people create value and opportunities for our business by delivering an outstanding service experience to our customers.   Our people have successfully made the transition from a Business-to-Business structure to a People-to-Business structure and they are our true competitive advantage.   We congratulate every member of our team for their great effort and for this important achievement,” MD of Teleperformance India, Sanjay Mehta, noted in a press release.

CEO of Teleperformance USA Group, Brent Welch maintained that the recognition reflects the company’s efforts at creating and maintaining excellent working environment for he company employees as well as for the clients. Welch attributed the company’s achievement to its employees’ commitment toward the company.

“This recognition underscores the global strides Teleperformance is making in creating and maintaining excellent working environments for our people and our clients.   We have received similar industry acknowledgements in both Europe and the Americas, and it is directly tied to the great passion and commitment of our people.   I extend my thanks and appreciation to Sanjay and his entire Teleperformance India team for setting a very special standard of excellence of which we are all very proud,” a happy and proud Welch remarked in a statement.

Earlier this month, Teleperformance announced the launch of its fourth site in India. The new state of the art 100,000 square foot facility in Jaipur, state capital of India’s northwestern state of Rajasthan, provides expansion of over 1,200 additional production stations.
