For Global Reach Malaysia Adopts Simpleview CRM

Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) has agreed to implement simpleview CRM  to compete on the international stage for meetings, expositions and events. This decision was announced by Rich Reasons, President of simpleview. This agreement paves a new way for better relationship between Malaysia and the U.S. based simpleview.

simpleview has a long and stable international client list. Recently, the company came out with a business plan to look out for more opportunities beyond North America. simpleview took advantage with the recent launch of a new International Events Unit within MyCEB to compete for international sports, cultural and lifestyle events.

To promote simpleview throughout Malaysia, the company has implemented many marketing strategies like sponsorships and partnerships. It also participated in several international meetings, convention and exposition organizations such as the International Congress and Convention Association, IMEX and IMEX-America, Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo (AIME) and Salão do Tourismo.

simpleCRM will be implemented for MyCEB with all the standard tools and sales-specific modules such as MeetingBroker integration, FAM or familiarization trip management, modules for invoicing, and events management. It will also come with an API to integrate a new MyCEB website with their CRM database and content. In future, to maintain current and reliable information on new business opportunities, simpleview has plans to link their CRM platform with the ICCA database to help MyCEB and other convention bureaus.
