The Maids Select Engage 121 as its Social CRM Solution

The Maids, a residential cleaning franchise, is keen on spreading brand awareness across social media platforms. It has chosen the Engage 121 Enterprise portal as its social CRM solution.

Engage121, Inc., a software firm specializing in customer relationship management through social media, is a social CRM application that delivers customer relationship management through the social media to national brands with local sales locations. It will provide The Maids with reporting and analysis tools to promote their social media initiatives.

"Engage121 will allow us to spread the message about the quality of our brand across the full range of social media platforms," said Julie Evans, Chief Marketing Officer for The Maids, in a press release. "We expect that adding multi-platform social media outreach to our marketing mix will help us both support our existing franchisees and expand our franchise base."

Subscribers can air their views and opinions, spread messages and also listen across many social media platforms simultaneously. Because the platform is centralized, users can reach new customers, tackle client issues and enhance customer relationships, not only at the corporate level but also at the local level.

"Having the ability to measure and evaluate social media metrics against their other business metrics will give The Maids insight to focus their marketing programs where they are most effective," said Jon Victor, CEO of Engage121. "We look forward to supporting their brand development efforts."

In other news, The Maids was selected as a Top 50 Franchise for Veterans and was chosen as a result of its commitment to the recruitment and advancement of veterans within the company.
