April 07, 2011

Intelestream has been named as a finalist for the 2010 TMC Social CRM Award, which is sponsored by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.

The company specializes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product development and offers Open Source CRM Professional Services. Intelestream also develops industry-specific CRM verticals.

Stafford McKay Jr., director of Marketing for Intelestream, said in a release, “It is an honor to be recognized for our continued efforts as early instigators who are advancing the concept of Social CRM through our consulting activities and technologies. There is no doubt that Social CRM is no longer just a fad. It is a paradigm shift that everyone on our team is excited to be a part of.”

It was revealed that the TMC Social CRM Award recognizes Intelestream for its innovation, capabilities, consulting services and the contributions it has made for enabling and improving social channel interactions via its online social CRM application, intelecrm.

According to company officials, intelecrm is capable of providing enterprise-level CRM functionality to small- and medium-sized businesses. Intelestream has designed a unique pricing model that allows for unlimited users for a flat fee.

Also intelecrm users can use different social CRM functionalities like a sophisticated, yet user-friendly platform that enables sales, marketing, and customer support users to collaborate among themselves and engage with the outside world.

Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and many other social media are integrated with intelecrm, added officials.

Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC, stated, “Using social media, companies have the ability to not only measure and monitor customer satisfaction in real-time but can actively participate in the daily dialog that shapes their brand perception. TMC is proud to recognize Intelestream as a finalist of the TMC Social CRM Award for its achievement in advancing social communications.”

Intelestream in its capacity as a CRM consulting firm will offer a monthly Webinar that will simplify Social CRM for attendees by providing practical steps to implement an effective Social CRM strategy. The webinar, entitled, “A Practical Approach to Social CRM for Small Businesses,” is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, at noon Central Time.

Recently Intelestream added new features to the intelecrm version 3.5. The additional features include commission tracking, time tracking, and an events management module.
