RDA Group Appoints Frank Forkin as Executive Vice President and Partner

Frank Forkin has joined RDA Group as executive vice president and partner. He holds more than 25 years of experience in market research serving a diverse group of client industries. 


In this new profile, he will be focusing on maximizing profitable revenue growth and will drive sales, marketing, new product development efforts and client services. Forkin will be responsible for the Strategic Accounts organization, which is comprised of research and sales teams. In addition, for creating the short and long-term strategic direction, Forkin will be part of the company's executive management team. He will report to Don Pietrowski, president of the RDA Group.

Prior to joining RDA, Forkin, 48, worked for Harris Interactive as president of its North America Client Service team and Domino's Pizza as vice president of strategy and consumer insights. He also spent more than 10 years as a senior vice president and partner with J.D. Power and Associates, where he built several businesses to significant revenues and profits. 

While working with Harris Interactive and J.D. Power and Associates, Forkin was responsible for overseeing the firm's client relationships across various industries, including finance and insurance, auto, energy, telecom, healthcare, travel, homebuilding, and government among others. He also gained substantial experience on pricing, branding, advertising, crisis management and new product development, while working with Domino's Pizza.

He holds a master’s degree in applied statistics from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
