Using the Interaction Center Platform event processing technology and Platform-based Interactive Intelligence products designed for Internet Protocol (IP) telephony and the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), organizations can leverage their existing infrastructure to effectively deploy voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.
