InsideView Wins Beagle Research Group's 2008 WizKid Award

Honoring InsideView CRM for giving customers a competitive advantage in the sales process, Beagle Research Group has given its 2008 WizKid Award to InsideView.

InsideView was one of seven companies honored for reinventing business processes in their specific industries this year.

“This past year, our company has worked hard to provide small to mid-market customers with the ability to leverage the rich, unstructured data living on social networks to capture and share the insights garnered in a way that is applicable for the enterprise,” said Umberto Milletti, CEO of InsideView. “This goal has been validated by a number of customers, such as Rearden Commerce (News - Alert), and it’s rewarding to be recognized as a leader by a trusted and respected analyst firm like Beagle Research.”

One of the major reasons for InsideView to get the award was Rearden Commerce’s deployment of the company’s on demand Business Search and Intelligence SalesView application.

Explaining its implementation, ease of use and integration within Salesforce, Beagle Research prepared a report demonstrating Rearden Commerce’s experience with InsideView.

SalesView aggregates and provides relevant customer data within a customer relationship management (CRM) application through specialized research providers and social networks. To bring insight gained from subscription-based and user-generated sources to the enterprise, Rearden uses InsideView’s SalesView application.

SalesView, InsideView’s flagship application helps sales teams automate prospecting, accelerate sales cycles and ultimately close deals. Within the familiar context of a customer relationship management (CRM) application, SalesView presents relevant customer data discovered through web harvesting, specialized research providers and social networks. It is one of the first true examples of a Socialprise application.
