R3 Continuum Adds New Call Center

R3 Continuum announced today the opening of their new Productivity Assurance Call Center (PACC) on June 1, 2015. This new call center will provide a high level of telephonic support for company leaders and employees following a workplace disruption. R3 will offer a suite of telephonic services through the PACC, delivered by highly-trained clinicians, to provide support through all phases and aspects of disruptive events. These services will focus on improving productivity and reducing claims risk through consistent, early intervention. The PACC hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week.

"Everyone responds differently to a disruptive event, the PACC offers the right level of support for each employee and leader, where resiliency is encouraged and a return to functionality is faster, for both the employee and the company." states Dr. Les Kertay, Chief Medical Officer.

PACC suite of services includes:

TeleReach provides outbound telephonic support to employees impacted by disruptive events.

TeleSupport provides impacted employees a way to access support in a discrete way, on their terms, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for up to 30 days after a disruptive event.

TeleGard connects impacted employees who are having diffiulty returning to work in a 30-day period with licensed therapists in their area, and monitors treatment progress to ensure they're receiving the best treatment for their unique needs.

TeleCase mitigates productivity losses by ensuring expedient return to work and lasting retention through telephonic care coordination after the first 30 days of TeleGard have elapsed.

TeleLead provides telephonic consultation to help company leaders do what they do best - lead their employees. TeleLead helps ensure ongoing productivity by providing clinical support to develop a custom response for employees considering the unique workplace culture and needs.
