ThinkTel Enters Contact Centre Solution Market With Launch of Next-Generation ProductsThinkTel Communications, the Lync & Skype (News - Alert) voice provider of choice for Canadians, has announced its entry into the Contact Centre Solutions market with a product that is native to Skype for Business, and is flexible in the functionality that gets deployed. A Certified Partner of Clarity Connect, a US-based software development firm, ThinkTel (News - Alert) launched the first Microsoft Lync-native Contact Centre Solution in the Canadian market.
